If we have bad weather we cannot guarantee the delivery time that you requested. Every effort will be made to do so, but we are not responsible for any delays that may occur and no refund will be given. We will deliver as soon as it is possible. We will also, whenever possible e mail you when we know that your delivery may be in this situation when bad weather is coming.

If you cancel more that 72 hours in advance a 100% refund will be offered.

If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, no refund will be applied.

Please be aware that these time limits are when we see it. So if you send an e mail at 2 am in the morning, the policy begins when we see it the next morning when we come in, not when you sent it.

On multiple corporate orders, there are no cancellations unless more than 7 days are given, and a fee will be charged for work already performed..
