How to Place an Order
On-Line Orders:
Save $3.99 and order on-line. All online prices reflect the discount.
1. Choose from the categories on the side menu. From the Category menu,
2. Choose from the many pictures of our products by clicking on the photo of the gift you would like to send.
3. Click the Blue "Buy Now" button.
4. Fill out all fields in the form, including the number of cookies you would to send like from the product drop down menu.
*When filling out the gift card, do not forget to mention who the gift is from*
5. Click "Submit". You will receive an email letting you know that:
Your order will be checked over for problems or errors before being completed and any charge to your credit card will happen after this first check is completed.
If there is a problem we will contact you via email or phone within approximately 2 hours (between 8-4, Mon-Fri, longer if after hours).
When your order has been processed you will receive an email with a receipt attached. Receipts are sent in excel format.

In most cases we can complete a same day delivery locally to the greater Toronto Area if given enough notice.
Orders placed after 9:30 will be sent out on a rush delivery. Any additional costs are dependant on amount of time available to complete delivery.
When placing an order over the phone we will need a full delivery address including:
Business name, Suite number, buzzer code,
City and Postal code
instructions as to how to continue if the recipient is not home (should we leave it?)
as well as a valid credit card.
