Toronto deliveries on weekends or after hours can be arranged, please call for a quote on additional costs involved.
Prices for products on line include free delivery to the City of Toronto. Rates for deliveries to surrounding cities are as follows:

** Please note that same day service to outlying areas of the GTA is available, but the cost is over and above the cost of shipping and handling via expresspost. Where expresspost delivery will be cheaper (example: North of Major Mackenzie, Oakville, Maple, Kleinburg, Pickering) we do suggest our customers choose a 1-3 day delivery. **

Shipping costs vary according to the number of cookies sent. Please see the national order form for your product for shipping costs.
Zelcovia Cookies can send out all of our CookiegramZ, Bouquets and Gift Boxes across Canada.
Whenever possible, Zelcovia Cookies will avoid shipping over a weekend to ensure our customers receive the best cookies possible.
Gift Baskets, Trays, crates and Glass Jars are not available for national shipping.
National Orders placed after 10:30 a.m. may not be sent out that day.
Our 12" CookieGramZ requires a long drying period for the decorations to be safe for national shipping,
therefore CookiegramZ orders received after 10:30 will be baked and prepared the following day.
Shipping Expresspost with Canada Post
Delivery service via expresspost is 1-3 business days for Ontario & Quebec, 3-6 days for British Columbia and Alberta. Expresspost delivery will make 1 delivery attempt. If no one is home at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for pick up at the local post office.

Shipping UPS Across Canada
UPS service is also available due to customer demand. UPS has proven to have more reliability and faster response time to issues when compared to Canada Post. UPS will leave the package if instructed, or make 2 more delivery attempts over the next 2 days if no one is home at the time of delivery. If no one is home for 3 days a card will be left with instructions for pick up at the UPS depot. For a package to be left this must be specified by the customer in the delivery instructions when placing an order. The base price to ship a 2 dozen gift box of cookies are as follows:
